     Has been favoured with instructions from the Executors of Mr. David Oliver, deceased, to Sell by Auction, at the Ship Inn, Harting, on Monday the 24th of January, 1859, at Three o’clock in the afternoon, (subject to such Conditions as will be then and there produced.)

     ALL that Valuable Leasehold HOUSE and PREMISES, called the Horse’s Nap, consisting of a well and substantial built four room MESSUAGE or Tenement, with pantry and Woodhouse and a well of excellent water, and two brick stone and slated Workshops.

     The Premises are held for the remainder of a Term of 1000 years from the 5th of November 1836 at a Quit Rent of One Penny.
