Has received instructions from J. J. Britton, Esq., (who is leaving the neighbourhood) to Sell by Auction, on the Premises, on Tuesday, the 11th of November, 1862.

THE whole of the GENUINE HOUSEHOLD FURNITURE, China, Glass, &c.

     Consisting of a walnut tree drawing room suite, comprising a splendid oval centre table, six handsome chairs, stuffed in hair, in green Coburg, handsome bergere chair, with back and seat cushions to match, handsome chimney glass in gilt frame, carpet planned to room, ornaments, &c. The Dining Room contains a handsome mahogany dining table, easy and other chairs, carpet to room, &c. In the Bed Rooms are capital iron bedsteads, wood and hair mattresses, splendid bordered goose feathers beds, bolsters and pillows, blankets, mahogany and other chests of drawers, wash tables and fittings, dressing tables and glasses, &c., the usual culinary utensils, &c.

     The whole will be enumerated in catalogues, to be had on the Premises, and of Mr. G. ETHERINGTON, Auctioneer, Land and Estate Agent, and General Valuer, Dragon Street, Petersfield.

     May be viewed on the morning of the sale. To commence at one o’clock.
