MR. A. HUMBERT has been honoured with instructions from the Inclosure Commissioners for England and Wales, to Sell by Auction, at the Bush Hotel, Farnham, early in January, in lots, varying from 20 perches to one acre, about TWENTY-SEVEN ACRES of FREEHOLD LAND, admirably adapted for building purposes, having a frontage of 9,000 feet upon the before-mentioned roads, with a depth of 132 feet, and facing the Government ground, the site of the new military camp about to be established at Woolmer.
This land, situate about midway between Farnham and Petersfield, near the Liphook and Liss Stations on the London and Portsmouth Direct Railway, commands extensive and picturesque views, and presents to capitalists rare opportunities for lucrative investments, having been selected for sale on account of its fitness for building purposes, arising from its immediate proximity to the camp, its frontage upon good roads, and its excellent and salubrious situation.
