     Live Stock.—Three capital strong active Cart Horses, handsome chestnut Filly, coming three years old; six handsome three-year old Alderney Heifers, in calf; very choice Ayrshire Bull, a fine Fat Hog, about 30 score; three Sows and 17 Pigs; Boar, six months old, of a very choice breed; 22 Dorking Fowls, very choice breed, by Bailey.

     Dead Stock.—Nearly new iron-arm waggon, with double or single shafts, and brass caps, by Woodbourne; three good dung carts, one with frame; iron ring roller, stone and wood roller, two sets of iron harrows, tackle and wood drag, water cart, with fittings for drilling turnips, nearly new; large chaff-cutter, by Ransome; cake crusher, one iron and one wood plough and tackle; drag rake, six ladders; trace, thill, and plough harness; turnip cutter, and a few turnips; large rick cloth, with pole, ropes, and pulleys, complete; cloth for cart, halters, cow ties, corn bin and sieve, ridders, wheelbarrow, water tub and carriage, about 500 faggots, lot of rough faggots, four dozen hurdles, spades, shovels, &c.

     About 36 Tons of fine MEADOW HAY, got up in first-rate order; 37 Acres of GRASS.Particulars given on the day of sale.

     Brewing Utensils, &c.—Two square coolers, on stand 6ft. 6in. by 3ft. 8in.; six 60-gallon bell casks, new; one 18-gallon ditto; large oval cooler, tubs, shoots, bowls, dishes, strainer, pails, and a large number of articles.
