     MR. G. ETHERINGTON has received instructions from Mr. Berriman, who is quitting the above farm, to SELL by AUCTION, on the premises, on Tuesday the 27th of September, 1864,—

     The Live Stock consists of five active and powerful Cart Horses, three handsome Colts, three years old; two 30 months ditto, Mare and Colt, Nad Mare, quiet to ride or drive; five Alderney Cows in calf, six two-yearling Heifers, pure Short Horn Bull, two years old; three Weaning Calves, two Sussex-bred Sows, and 21 Pigs, a quantity of Geese, and 50 Sheep.

     The Dead Stock comprises three good iron-arm wagons, four manure carts, rave cart, two ploughs, presser, scarifier, three drags, five harrows, set of iron ditto, two rollers, two seed machines; trace, thill, and plough harness, quantity of wattles, hurdles, and sheep troughs, wheel and bavin barrows, and the usual Farm Implements, three hogsheads and other casks, and gig and harness.

     Catalogues may be had in due time, on the Premises; at the principal inns in the neighbourhood; and of Mr. G. Etherington, Auctioneer, House, Land, and Estate Agent, Dragon-street, Petersfield and Haslemere.
