Have received instructions from Mr. T. Maxwell, who is leaving the neighbourhood, to Sell by Auction, on the premises, without the slightest reserve, on Friday, the 24th of January, 1862, at twelve o’clock precisely.

    THE whole of the capital LIVE & DEAD FARMING STOCK, consisting of four active powerful young cart horses, a very useful nag mare, five years, three fat hogs, a quantity of poultry, narrow-wheel waggons, manor and rave carts, a superior family spring cart, with head, a neat gig, ploughs, harrows, a two-horse roller, winnowing machine, a four-horse power thrashing machine, a double action turnip cutter, sheep troughs, cages, and hurdles, ladders, hog troughs, barn and stable tools, thill, trace, and gig harness, ten loads of sacks, two waggon cloths, and other agricultural implements, also a rick of second cut clover hay.

     The whole of the neat and genuine FURNITURE, (mostly in mahogany,) and comprising every household requisite, together with the china and glass.

     Dairy and Brewing utensils, wine press, casks, home-cured bacon and pork, lard, home-made wine, and the whole of the fixtures.
