OAK, ELM, AND LARCH FIR TIMBER AND POLES

     MR. G. ETHERINGTON has received instructions from R. H. Neville, Esq., to SELL by AUCTION, on Monday the 7th of November, 1864, at the White Horse Inn, Rogate, on such conditions as will be then produced,

378 Useful Oak Trees, cut this year; 23 Elm, and a large Quantity of Larch Trees and Poles.

     The Oak Trees are lying in the Upper and Lower Common Wood, Hartingcombe, between Rake and Dangstein; the Elm standing on the Dangstein Estate, near the Rogate and Midhurst Turnpike Road; the Larch Fir is standing in Cold Harbour Plantation, near Rake.

     The Auctioneer can with confidence recommend the above as the most useful lot of Timber that can be offered for sale, and will be put into convenient lots to suit purchasers.

     May be viewed on application to Mr. John Parrott, and further particulars may be had of Mr. G. Etherington, timber surveyor and general valuer, Petersfield and Haslemere.
