FOR SALE,

     PETERSFIELD PEN, situate in a most healthy part of the parish of St. Mary. On the property is a substantial Dwelling House, adapted for a large family, with a suitable range of Out Offices, in good repair. There are located on the Pen, thirty families, having good houses and grounds, and giving a rental of £250 to £300 per annum. 

     The property consists of 45 acres sub-divided by good fences, into Guinea grass and common pastures, and well adapted for raising and fattening Stock and breeding Mules. There are 64 acres in virgin Woodland, containing many valuable timber and well adapted for raising provisions. 

     The labourers located on the property have been habitually employed in working out the grants and allotments on the different roads in the parish, and have, since the termination of the apprenticeship, worked out in such manner to the amount of £2600.

     With the property may be purchased, all the neat and substantial Household Furniture, a few head of Working Stock, a most valuable Proof Ass, sundry Carts, &c.
