LOT 1—A SUBSTANTIALLY-BUILT HOUSE, containing bakehouse, loft over wash-house, kitchen store room, cellar, grocer’s shop, parlour, six good bedrooms, and walled-in garden, now in the occupation of Mr. Gammon, carrying on the baking and grocery business, as tenant from year to year, at the yearly rent of £25 held under a lease dated 15th April, 1789, for the term of 900 years from the date thereof, at the yearly rent of £1 1s., and of £1 1s. upon the death of every Tenant or alienation.
LOT 2—A HOUSE adjoining Lot 1, now in the occupation of R. G. P. Minty, Esq., as tenant from year to year, at the yearly rent of £9, held under a lease, dated 28th December, 1837, for the term of 1,000 years from the date thereof, at the annual rent of 10s. This house has two rooms upstairs and two downstairs, and back wash-house.
LOT 3—Four substantially-built FREEHOLD COTTAGES, with wood houses attached, in good repair, and gardens, situate at Borough Hill, in the Tything of Weston, in the Parish of Buriton, and near Petersfield, now occupied by Messrs. Hall, Fly, Hounsome and Tusker, as weekly tenants, at rents amounting in the aggregate to £22 2s. per annum.
