TO BE SOLD.

     PURSUANT to a decree of the High Court of Chancery, made in a cause of Paine v. Quick, with the approbation of His Honour, the Master of the Rolls, in four lots, VALUABLE REVERSIONARY INTERESTS, consisting of the reversion expectant on the death of a lady now in her 77th year, of, and in, a copyhold messuage, and about 40 acres of land, at FROXFIELD, near Petersfield, in the county of Southampton.

     Also the reversion expectant on the death or second marriage of the same lady, of, and in, a sum of £500, charged on certain real estates, in the parishes of Elstead and Thursley, in the county of Surrey; and also the reversion expectant on the death of the same lady, of, and in, one third part of a sum of £1,500, consols, now standing in the names of trustees. And also the reversion expectant on the death of the same lady of, and in, a sum of £408  9s. 8d., consols,now standing in the name of trustees. The above reversions will be Sold by Auction, by

(The persons appointed by the said judge), at the Auction Mart, London, on TUESDAY, the 12th day of August, 1862, at 1 o’clock in the afternoon.
