 At Easington, in this Parish, on Friday the 3rd day, of May next.

SEAMORE'S GARDEN COFFEE PLANTATION, containing 117 acres of Land, 25 acres of which are in old Coffee and 25 acres in young Coffee, between three or four year old, the remainder in Wood-Land and Provision Grounds. On the Premises there are a comfortable Dwelling House, Coffee Store, and Picking Room, a Mill with a moveable Roof, a Fanner, and a new Made Pulper nearly finished ; also Barbacues and a good Stream of Water, for Pulping and Washing. The Property is situated in a very seasonable part of the Parish, adjoining Œolus Valley, Petersfield, and Lloyd's Estates, and Bump Plantation, and is capable of making average Crops of 20,0000lb per annum. There are about 20 Labourers located on the Property. The distance from Yallah's Bay about 5 miles.—Reference may in the mean time be had of George Wright, Esq. Greenwall, or to the subscriber. GEO.
