SLADE, ROGATE.—SUSSEX.
MR. G. ETHERINGTON is instructed by the Devisee in Trust of' the late Robert Blunden, deceased, to SELL by AUCTION, on Thursday, the 5th day of March, 1863, at the White Horse Inn, Rogate, at One o’clock in the Afternoon precisely, subject to conditions to be then and there produced, all that MESSUAGE or TENEMENT and OUT-BUILDINGS, Rich Arable and Meadow LAND and Garden, containing together 6A. 2R. 31P. (more or less.)
The Garden and Land are well stocked with apple trees. The above are now in the occupation of Mr. Peter Challen, as yearly tenant, at the annual rent of 20l., whose tenancy will expire on the 20th of Sept., 1863.
The Property is subject to a rent charge, or an annual payment of 3l., the gift of Miss Dorothea Cole, for teaching of poor children of the Parish of Liss; a Land Tax of 7s. 8d.
And also subject to the exclusive right of Mr. Silvester and his Tenants to the well in the said Garden, with a right of way thereto of three feet in width, and three feet every way round the said well.
