     On Wednesday, the 3rd of July, 1867, at the Anchor Inn, Chichester, at two for three o’clock precisely, in two lots, by direction of the Devisees in Trust of the late Col. Buckner.
A VERY Valuable Freehold and Tithe free ESTATE, in the parish of East Wittering, on the South Coast of Sussex, about seven miles from the city of Chichester, called Longlands Farm, containing about 44 statute acres of first-rate arable and pasture land, surrounded by good roads.
Also a very valuable and compact Copyhold ESTATE (nearly equal to freehold), in the parish of Steep, Hants, about two miles from Petersfield, on the Direct Portsmouth Railway, called Steep Marsh Farm, comprising farm house, farm homestead, hop oast, and about 82 statute acres of very fertile arable, pasture, hop, and wood land, lying in a ring fence, with good roads, in a most picturesque part of the county of Hants.
Mr. Stevens, the tenant, will show the Longland’s Farm, and Mr. Avery, the tenant, the Steep Marsh Farm.
