Important Sale of LIVE and DEAD STOCK,
41 Fine Fat Devon OXEN, 7 Staunch CART HORSES, &c.

     G. ETHERINGTON and SON have received instructions from Mr. Henry Chase, who is quitting the above Farm, to SELL by AUCTION, on Friday the 12th of October, 1866,—

THE ABOVE VALUABLE STOCK,

Comprising 41 Fat Devon OXEN, Seven Alderney COWS, three Heifers, two Weaning CALVES, seven staunch Cart HORSES, three promising Cart COLTS, and handsome Riding MARE, 5yrs old.

     The Dead Stock consists of iron-arm waggons, dung carts, scarifier, four-horse-power thrashing machine, horse rake, haying machine, corn drill, turnip cutters, good iron rollers, wood and iron ploughs, drags and harrows, trace, thill, plough, and light harness, oil-cake crusher, corn bins and sieves, about 30 dozen hurdles, and numerous other Farming Implements; also, a capital Four-wheel Chaise.

     May be viewed the morning of the sale, and catalogues had on the premises, at the princiapl inns in the neighbourhood, and of G. Etherington and Son, auctioneers, valuers, land and estate agents, Petersfield, and North-street, Chichester. The sale to commence at twelve o’clock.
