On Saturday week, the dwelling house of J. Richards, Esq., of Froxfield, was completely burnt down; it seemed to be the act of an incendiary. This gentleman was brought up to the profession of medicine, and although he does not practice, he gives advice gratis to the poor in his neighbourhood, and is much respected. One would think that such a wretch could not be found to injure a person who acts so liberally towards his suffering fellow creatures.
