In the County Court of Hampshire at Petersfield.

     WHEREAS a Petition of GEORGE AMEY, of Hawkley, in the County of Hants, Farm labourer formerly of Steep Mill in the parish of Steep, in the same County, Miller and Farmer, afterwards of Downgate Farm, in the parish of Steep aforesaid, Farmer, and late of the same place Farm Labourer and Insolvent Debtor, having been filed in the County Court of Hampshire, at Petersfield, and Interim Order for protection from process having been given to the said George Ames, under the provisions of the statutes in that case made and provided, the said George Amey is hereby required to appear at the next Court, to be holden at the Town-hall, at Petersfield aforesaid, on the 13th day of June next, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon precisely for his first examination touching his debts, estate, and effects, and to be further dealt with according to the provisions of the said statutes; and notice is hereby given that the choice of assignees is to take place at the time so appointed.

     All persons indebted to the said George Amey or who have any of his effects, are not to pay or deliver the same but to Mr. Charles John Mellersh, the Clerk of the said County Court, at Petersfield, the Official Assignee acting in the matter of the said Petition.
