The Hants Militia Infantry have received instructions to use every exertion to obtain recruits. Col. Stretton has increased the recruiting parties; one party under command of Lieut. Maine, consisting of six sergeants and nine drummers is to visit Hambledon, Petersfield, Alton, Odiham, Basingstoke, Whitchurch, Stockbridge, and Romsey, and will be on the march nearly a month.
