     For the despatch business a second Court was opened, in which W. W. Farr, Esq., presided. The prisoners were disposed of as follows :—

FOURTEEN YEARS’ TRANSPORTATION.
—Thomas Street, having been several times previously convicted, for stealing wearing apparel, at Bishopstoke, the property of George Hoad.

FOUR YEARS’ PENAL SERVITUDE.
Thomas Parker, for breaking into the house of James Tusler, at Buriton, and stealing therefrom, and having been previously convicted. (See more)

EIGHTEEN MONTHS’ IMPRISONMENT.
—Ellen Deane, for stealing money from the person of David Coulan, at Aldershott.

TWELVE MONTHS’ IMPRISONMENT.
—James Welsh, convicted on three indictments of passing counterfeit coin, at Whitchurch, Deane, and Wotton St. Lawrence
—Jane Ology, for stealing a watch at Lymington, the property of James Keeping.

NINE MONTHS’ IMPRISONMENT.
—Carli Holmbey, for stealing money and wearing apparel, at Gosport
—John Bourn, for stealing 5 cwt. of rags, the property of his employer, John Davis, at Aldershott
—Emily Wareham, for stealing money at Milford, the property of her master, John Wheeler.

SIX MONTHS’ IMPRISONMENT.
—John Dwyer, for stealing a watch at Northwood, the property of Mark Chissel
—Henry Holden, for stealing wearing apparel, at Aldershott
—John Hodge, for unlawful assault on Elizabeth Keen, at Aldershott
—William Bucke and Mary Bucke, for receiving money, knowing it to have been stolen, at Milford
—Robert Seamen, for stealing wearing apparel and other articles, the property of his master, Charles Steele, at Aldershott
—William Myers, for stealing wearing apparel, at Kings Sombourne
—Thomas Fitzgerald, for stealing money at Alverstoke, the property of Thomas O’Brian
— James Hawkins, for stealing wearing apparel, at Silchester
—Edward Snellgrove, for stealing two brass caps, at Silchester.

—Patrick Feeney, for an unlawful and indecent assault at Yately
—Louisa Bailey, for stealing a watch and other articles, at Farnborough
— Martin Dimphay, for stealing a purse and money, at Titchfield
—Mary Serle, for obtaining money under false pretences, at Liss.

THREE MONTHS IMPRISONMENT.
—Henry Wilson, James Smith, and George Fussell for house breaking at Liss, and stealing therefrom

—Michael O’Reiley, for stealing wearing apparel, at Aldershott

—Elizabeth Dolton, for stealing weaving apparel at Kings Somborne
—Ernest de Glerchen Pettenburn, for obtaining money and goods under false pretences, at Alverstoke
