THE BANKRUPTCY ACT, 1861.

     IN the County Court of Hampshire, holden at Petersfield, HENRY GREEN, of Eastmeon, Hants, Land Measurer, having been adjudged bankrupt on the seventeenth day of November, 1865,—A public sitting for the said bankrupt to pass his last examination and make application for his DISCHARGE will be held at the said Court at the Town Hall, Petersfield, on the 27th day of January, 1866, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon precisely, the day last aforesaid being the day limited for the said bankrupt to surrender.

     The Registrar of the Court is the Official Assignee, and William Mitchell, Esq., of Petersfield, is the solicitor acting in the bankruptcy.
