NOTICE is hereby given,—That by Indenture bearing date the 18th day of June, 1855, THOMAS WALLER, of Petersfield, in the County of Southampton, Provision Merchant, Grocer, Baker, Currier and Leather Seller, assigned all his Estate and Effects whatsoever and wheresoever unto RICHARD MERCER, of Terwick, in the County of Sussex, Miller, and JOHN LILLYWHITE, of Eastmeon, in the said County of Southampton, Miller, upon Trust for the Benefit of all the Creditors of the said Thomas Waller, and that the said Indenture was executed by the said Thomas Waller on the said 18th day of June, in the presence of Edwin Albery, of Midhurst, in the said County of Sussex, Solicitor, and by the said Richard Mercer and John Lillywhite. on the 20th day of June last, in the presence of the said Edwin Albery, and that the execution of the said Indenture by the said Thomas Waller, Richard Mercer and John Lillywhite, respectively, was attested by the said Edwin Albery. And Notice is hereby further give,—That the said Indenture now lies at my Office for execution by Creditors.
