PETERSFIELD.
MISCONDUCT OF THE PORTER OF THE PETERSFIELD UNION.—A complaint was made to the Board against John Sims, the porter, for immoral conduct to a female inmate in the house, of the name of Etherington, which was denied in tote by Sims, but on being confronted together in the boardroom, the female pauper persisted in the accusation, consequently the defendant was severely admonished by the Board, and also immediately dismissed from his situation.
