NOTICE is Hereby Given, that a Special General MEETING of the PROPRIETORS will be held at this Station on Thursday the 3rd day of July, 1862, at One o’clock p.m. precisely, for the purpose of considering and determining as to the expediency of a proposed purchase by this Company of the undertaking (Midhurst to Petersfield, 10¼ miles) of the Petersfield Railway Company, and as to the terms and conditions of such purpose.
The Transfer Books of the Company will be closed from Thursday, the 19th June, to Thursday, the 3rd July, 1862, both days inclusive.
