It is stated that the undermentioned boroughs are to be disfranchised by Lord John Russell, according to his intended new Reform Bill, none of them having 500 electors :—Abingdon, Andover, Armagh, Arundel, Ashburton, Athlone, Banbury, Bandon, Beaumaris, Bewdley, Bodmin, Brecknock, Buckingham, Caine, Carlow, Cashel, Chippenham, Christchurch, Cirencester, Clitheroe, Clonmel, Cockermouth, Coleraine, Dartmouth, Devizes, Dorchester, Downpatrick, Droitwich, Dundalk, Dungannon, Dungarvan, Ennis, Enniskillen, Evesham, Eye, Frome, Harwich, Helston, Honiton, Horsham, Huntingdon, Kendall, Kidderminster, Kinsale, Knaresborough, Launceston, Lisburn, Liskeard, Ludlow, Lyme Regis, Lymington, Mallow, Malmesbury, Marlborough, Marlow, Midhurst, Morpeth, New Ross, Northallerton, Orkneys, Petersfield, Portarlington, Radnor district, Reigate, Richmond, Ripon, Sligo, Tamworth, Tavistock, Tewkesbury, Thetford, Thirsk, Tiverton, Totnes, Tralee, Wallingford, Wareham, Wells, Westbury, Wexford, Whitby, Wigton, Wilton, Woodstock, Wycombe, Youghal.
