YOUNG MEN’S IMPROVEMENT SOCIETY.—A meeting of this society was held on Tuesday last, when an essay on the life of Sir Fowell Buxton was read by Mr. Thomas, followed by an animated discussion, in which the following members took part:—Messrs.
