MESMERISM.—Mr. Sheldon Chadwick visited this town on Tuesday and Wednesday last, and gave on each evening a lecture in the Town Hall, in the course of which he introduced a number of striking illustrations of his control over the actions of those whom he succeeds in placing in a state of coma.
