PETERSFIELD, AUG. 5.

     MILITARY MOVEMENTS.—On Monday morning four companies of the 14th Regiment, under Colonel Budd, marched through from Woolmer (where they encamped the previous night), en route from Aldershott, via Havant, for Portsmouth, where they will occupy Cambridge Barracks, vacated by the 26th Regiment, now on their way to India. After passing through the town about half a mile a halt took place, when the men piled arms, and having rested about half an hour, during which time they refreshed themselves with bread, cheese, and beer, the march was agin resumed.
