There is some talk of bringing Mr. Seymour Fitzgerald back into Parliament and office, by making Sir William Jolliffe a peer, and seating Mr. Fitzgerald for Petersfield. It will be seen that Sir William has no place in the Administration, and the refusal of the post of Secretary of the Admiralty yesterday by Lord Dalkeith, leaves room for Mr. Fitzgerald, who deserves something from his political friends.
