PETERSFIELD.]—NEW POSTAL ARRANGEMENTS.—A morning mail is now made up at the Petersfield post-office, at 11.45 a.m. for Godalming and London. There is also a second delivery of London letters at 1.30 p.m., the bags being dispatched each way by railway from the Petersfield station, daily, Sundays excepted.
