The following return of the number of male persons resident within each Parliamentary city and borough in England and Wales, or within seven miles thereof, assessed to the last poor-rate made November 7, 1859, at £6 and under £10, shows the number of Electors which will be added to the Register in each City and Borough by the lowering of the franchise £10 to £6:—
