No Famine for the Pheasants. —A correspondent writes: —"Much is just now said about the scarcity of provisions, but perhaps the public have no idea of the quantity consumed by game. I know a moderate-sized estate, not many miles from Petersfield, where the keeper has 21 bushels of corn served out to him once a week, for feeding the pheasants alone; what must it be on a large estate?"
