The Reverend T.C. Kemp, Deceased.
PURSUANT to the Act of Parliament made and passed in the 22d and 23d years of her Majesty Queen Victoria, cap. 35, intituled "An Act to further amend the Law of Property and to relieve Trustees," Notice hereby given,—That all creditors and other persons having any claims or demands upon or against the estate of REVEREND THOMAS COOKE KEMP, late of the parish of Eastmeon, in the county of Southampton, clerk, vicar of said parish, deceased, (who died on the 17th day of October, 1867, and whose will, with codicil thereto, was proved in the principal Registry of her Majesty’s Court of Probate, on the 7th day of December, 1867, by the reverend Edmund Docker, and Mr. John Christmas, the executors therein named) are required to send the particulars of their respective debts, claims, or demands, to the said executors at the office of me, the undersigned, their Solicitor, at Petersfield, Hants, on or before the 31st day of March, next, at the expiration of which time the said executors will proceed to distribute or dispose of the assets of the said Thomas Cooke Kemp among the parties entitled thereto, having regard only to the debts and claims of which the said executors shall then have had notice and found to be correct; and the said executors will not after that time be liable for the assets disposed of, or any part thereof, to any person of whose debt, claim, or demand such executors shall not then have had notice.
