BENJAMIN BONE, Deceased.
PURSUANT to the Act of Parliament made and passed in the 22d and 23d years of her Majesty Queen Victoria, cap. 35, intituled "An Act to further amend the Law of Property and to relieve Trustees," Notice hereby given,—That all creditors and other persons having any claims or demands upon or against the estate of BENJAMIN BONE, late of the parish of Liss, in the county of Southampton, farmer, deceased, (who died on the 3rd day of August, 1866, and whose will, with codicil thereto, was proved in the principal Registry of her Majesty’s Court of Probate, on the 7th day of December, 1866, and whose will was proved in the District Registry Court of Winchester by Robert Shackleford Cross, surgeon, and the Reverend Frederick Harvey Freeth, clerk, rector of the said parish of Liss, the executors therein named, on the 17th day of September in the same year),) are required to send the particulars of their respective debts, claims, or demands, to the said executors at the office of me, the undersigned, their Solicitor, at Petersfield, Hants, on or before the 31st day of March, next, at the expiration of which time the said executors will proceed to distribute or dispose of the assets of the said Benjamin Bone among the parties entitled thereto, having regard only to the debts and claims of which the said executors shall then have notice and found to be correct; and the said executors will not after that time be liable for the assets so disposed of, or any part thereof, to any person of whose debt, claim, or demand such executors shall not then have had notice.
