MR. GEORGE WEEKS, DECEASED.
Pursuant to the Act of Parliament of the 22nd and 23rd Victoria, cap. 35, entituled ‟An Act to further amend the Law of Property and to relieve Trustees.”
NOTICE is Hereby Given,—That all Persons having any CLAIM or Demand against or upon the ESTATE of GEORGE WEEKS, late of No. 3, Carter's terrace, Hardway, in the Parish of Alverstoke, in the County of Southampton, Gentleman, deceased, who died on the 3rd day of July, 1864, and whose Will was proved in the principal Registry of Her Majesty’s Court of Probate, on to the 9th day of December, 1864, by William Weeks, of Eastmeon, in the said County of Southampton, Farmer, John Weeks, of 54, Baker-street, Portman-square, in the County of Middlesex, Draper, and James Weeks, of 386, Platform, Rotherhithe, in the County of Surrey, Draper, the Executors therein named, are hereby required to send in Particulars of their Claims to MR. JAMES LIGHT, Agent to the said Executors, on or before the 31st day of January, 1865, after which time the Executors will proeeed to distribute the Assets of the said George Weeks among the parties entitled thereto, having regard only to the Claims of which they shall then have had notice, and they will not be liable for the Assets so distributed to any Person of whose Debt or Claim they shall not have had notice at the time of such distribution.
