HANTS CONSTABULARY.

     NOTICE is hereby given,—The SUPERINTENDENTS of the HANTS CONSTABULARY will attend, by virtue of their appointments as INSPECTORS of Weights and Measures, at the undermentioned places within their respective Divisions, on the first Market Day after the 1st of May, for the purpose of Examining, Comparing, and Stamping, if found correct, all such WEIGHTS and MEASURES as shall be brought to them for that purpose, in the manner and form prescribed by the Act 5 and 6 William 4, cap. 63: —

     The Superintendents of the Constabulary will also attend for the same purpose at the Station House at Pear Tree Green, near Southampton; at the Station House at Lyndhurst; and at Whitchurch, at the Red House Inn, on Friday the 11th of May next; and at the Station Houses of Gosport and Hythe, and at the White Hart Inn, at Overton, on Tuesday, the 15th of May; and at Titchfield, at the Bugle Inn, on Friday, the 18th of May next.

     The Superintendents will likewise attend at the Station Houses of their respective Divisions, at such other times not herein pointed out, at which parties shall specially apply, provided such application shall not interfere with the Constabulary duties of such Superintendents.
