May 29, 1839, Mr. O'Connell introduced his Reform Bill for Annual Parliaments, Vote by Ballot, and Universal Suffrage. On a division the following Members voted for it:—

Mr. Walkley last Tuesday proposed the same measures—he divided the House, and Mr. O'Connell voted against him.
