PETERSFIELD.]—OUT DOOR RELIGIOUS SERVICE.—On Sunday afternoon the Rev. John Gooby, of Heath Villa, preached on a most beautiful spot near the Heath Pond, one mile in circumference, beneath the shady trees, a most eloquent and impressive sermon, from the 5th chap. 2nd of Kings, the latter clause of the 1st verse, ‟But he was a leper.” As usual there was a large concourse of persons present, all of whom conducted themselves in a most orderly and becoming manner. Other engagements will prevent the rev. gentleman resuming these open air services, until about the last Sunday in the present month.
