PETERSFIELD.
AMATEUR DRAMATIC SOCIETY.—When this society gave its annual performance at the beginning of the year, the committee announced that a second entertainment would be given in aid of the West India Hurricane Fund. This second performance was unavoidably postponed until Easter, and is now announced for the 20th and 21st of the present month; an entirely new programme has been arranged, and has been in rehearsal for the past few weeks. Judging from the experience of the past we may be sure that the present entertainment will prove as great a success as those which have preceded it. The committee have again chosen an object which must command itself to the sympathies of all, and we trust it will ensure a large attendance, and that a goodly sum will be realised.
