PETERSFIELD.—THE WEATHER—being unusually favourable on Wednesday, the 14th inst., the Christmas Market was attended by an immense number of persons, and a great number from Salisbury. There was an exceedingly large quantity of stock of all kinds, the whole of which was disposed of in the early part of the day at remunerating prices, and at the close of the market there was scarcely a head of stock unsold.
