This Company has been formed with the object of purchasing the site of the premises lately in the occupation of Mrs. Hoar, at the corner of the Square and the High Street, Petersfield, and of the cottages adjoining thereto, and of erecting thereon a Corn Exchange, which is so much required at Petersfield.
Many gentlemen having expressed a desire to subscribe towards the undertaking rather than to take shares, a subscription list has been circulated.
Applications for shares to be made, and the names of subscribers forwarded, to the Secretary, at the Offices of the Company.
