Riding without reins
・J. Squerell appeared to an information of P.C. Walter Batt, for riding in a waggon drawn by four horses in the Petersfield and Winchester turnpike road without reins, being drunk at the time. Fined 2s. 6d. and 7s. 6d. costs.

Drunk and Disorderly
・Richard Moor, of Buriton, was summoned by P.C. George Lilly, for being drunk in the above named village. Fined 5s. The defendant not appearing, his brother being present, stepped forward and paid the money.

A Sporting Adventure
・A. Dixon, esq. of Hambledon, appeared to a summons, charged by James Eames, gamekeeper to Mr. Tooker, with being in the day time on the 21st January, on certain lands called the Dall Hole, in the possession and occupation of Mrs. Elizabeth Christmas, without a licence or consent of the owner in search of game. It appeared that Mr. Dixon was out hunting with the harriers with other gentlemen, and the dogs trailed a hare into the above named field. The Chairman made some very just remarks, and considered the case of a very light nature. Fined 1s.

A Remand
・Alfred Morgan, and Alfred Stephens, were brought up in custody and charged with stealing £2, the property of Benjamin Chase, of Froxfield. Remanded until Thursday, to give Superintendent Fey time to get up the case.

Embezzling
・Frederick Stephens was brought up by Superintendent Fey, charged with embezzling certain money from Mr. Robert Crafts, of the Red Lion Hotel. Committed to take his trial at the next assizes.
