PETERSFIELD.]—THE PETERSFIELD STOCK AND PLEASURE FAIR.—was again well patronised on the 6th inst. It being an exceedingly fine day, the visitors poured in from every approach to the town: and the Heath Common, where the fair was held, was well attended. The disgorgements on the arrival of every train brought a continued accession of visitors. There were a large number of horses, sheep, and Devonshire beasts exposed for competition, and this that exchanged hands realise remunerating prices.
