In the matter of the Petition of JOHN MONK, the Younger, late of near the bottom of the High-street, in Petersfield, in the County of Southampton, and now of the bottom of the High-street, in Petersfield aforesaid, Poulterer, Pork Butcher, and Dealer in Game, an Insolvent Debtor.—Notice is hereby given,—That Charles James Gale, Esquire, the Judge of the County Court of Hampshire, at the Town Hall, at Petersfield aforesaid, acting in the matter of this Petition, will proceed to make a final order thereon, at the said Court, on Tuesday, the 23rd day of January, 1849, at twelve o'clock at noon precisely, unless cause be then and there shown to the contrary.
