CONSTABULARY.—David Lever, late of Petersfield, and Edwin Read, of Steyning, were sworn in as members of the West Sussex Constabulary. These recruits were, according to the suggestion of Colonel Bartlett on last Bench day, dressed in plain clothes to be attested.
