EPSOM AND PORTSMOUTH.—For a line from Epsom, joining the Croydon and Epsom Railway, through Ashtead, Leatherhead, Dorking, Godalming, Petersfield, and Havant, to Portsea; with a branch from Dorking to Reigate, joining the London and Brighton Railway; and another from Havant to join the proposed Brighton and Chichester Railway, or to have a distinct terminus in Chichester.
