PETERSFIELD.
PROPOSED TESTIMONIAL.—ODD FELLOWS.— lt it pleasing to know that circulars have been issued, bearing the signature of Messrs. Thomas Barnes, P.G., Robert Pocock, N.G,, and Thomas Summers, as a testimonial committee appointed to solicit subscriptions from individual members belonging to the Loyal Pride of the Valley Lodge of Odd Fellows, in furtherance of a testimonial to Mr. E. Durman, for the very efficient manner in which he has performed the duties of secretary for many years past. We may confidently express hope, from the thoroughly efficient duties rendered by Mr. Durman, and the high respect which he is held by the members of the lodge, that a suitable testimonial may be forthcoming, and be presented a day early in March, when a lecture will be given by the Grand Master of the Order, James Curtis, Esq.
