CHICHESTER.—Unitarianism and Radicalism seem to be in the ascendant here, under the patronage of the liberal Dr Maltby. The Court of Guardians have elected the Rev. J Fullager, Unitarian preacher, president for the ensuing year, and the Radicals have got up a petition for the ballot, which Mr Hector, the gentleman who ousted his old patron, Colonel Jolliffe, from Petersfield, is to present to the House of Commons.
