PETERSFIELD.]—RAILWAY TRAVELLING.—The cheap fast excursions trains twice a day from Portsmouth and Havant to London direct, and vice versa, do not take up passengers at any of the intermediate stations between Havant and London. Why not show some little liberality to the public by affording them an opportunity of travelling by their trains from Petersfield at ordinary fares, as the time now occupied at this station in taking in water, also the tickets, would not interfere with there present arrangements as to speed, &c., &c.?
