REPRESENTATION OF NORTH HANTS.—Sir Henry St John Mildmay, Bart., of Dogmersfield Park, the new candidate in the liberal interest for the northern division of this County, paid his introductory visit to the market on Wednesday, in company with J. Bonham Carter, Esq., M.P. for the City of Winchester, and supported by his legal friends, James Light, Esq., of Westmark, and ― Soames, Esq., of Petersfield, previous to his commencing a personal canvass of the electors of this district
