PETERSFIELD.
FOOTBALL MATCH.—The return match between Petersfield and Harting schools was played on Saturday, the 9th, on the heath. The Harting boys won the choice goals, and some spirited play ensued. Two goals crowned the effects of the Petersfield side—one being obtained against a very high wind; Harting scoring none. The play of Mr. C. Kille and Carter, was remarkably good, as was also that of Fossey for the Harting school. An ample repast was kindly provided by the Rev. H. Haigh.
