LOWESTOFT, Aug.22.

     Church Schools.—on a Sunday last, a sermon was preached in the morning, at St. Peter’s Chapel, by the Rev. J. W. Cunningham, M.A., vicar of Harrow, on behalf of the Sunday and day schools of this town, in connection with the Established Church. The same object was advocated in the afternoon, at St. Margaret’s Church, by the Rev M. H. Beaumont, B.A., curate of the parish; and in the evening, the Rev. F. M. Cunningham, perpetual curate of Petersfield, preached at St, Peter’s Chapel, in promotion of the same institution. The collections amounted to about £30.
